Hi Carolyn,

I'm sorry to hear that your ankle is giving you so much trouble. Maybe if you ice it, keep it elevated and take say maybe the weekend off from working out, by Monday it will be feeling better for you.

I know what you mean about weighing yourself. I can almost tell without even getting on the scales what it's going to read.

I'm sorry to hear about your unplanned rest and your

ankle. I hope it feels better ASAP.

I'm terrified of the scale, I haven't been very

consistent with eating well - I just hope my good days

make up for my bad. I really do want to kick myself

in the butt though and make some changes.
