Maybe if you ice it, keep it elevated and take say maybe the weekend off from working out, by Monday it will be feeling better for you. I know what you mean about weighing yourself. I can almost tell without even getting on the scales what it's going to read. I'm terrified of the scale, I haven't been very consistent with eating well - I just hope my good days make up for my bad. I really do want to kick myself in the butt though and make some changes.
