Guest guest
A while ago Deborah posted a file re: how much Fructose are you getting in your morning smoothie? I believe the guidelines were to try to stay under 15 grams of Fructose, but definitely no more than 25 grams per day, as this is kind of sugar that causes an increase in abdominal fat. So, the question just kind of popped into my mind: " Is fructose the kind of sugar in carrots and beets since they are so sweet? " I did a quick google search on carrots, but it didn't tell what kind of sugar is in carrots. I'm sure someone in this group has the answer! Thanks, Joyce
