oh, you mean that you use your ball as a bench (to lie on to lift weights)?

ive heard about this feature! and i think that it is a good one. when

an exercise begins, a chart comes on the screen which shows how much weight

each person in the class is using. that way it is much easier to figure

out what you should use on yourself.
