Guest guest
Hi , My .02 about Kick Max is that K,P & C is better and more intense. The only intense part of Kick Max is the interval " blast " section and that only runs 20-30 min. The kicking and punching combos don't do much to raise my HR, maybe w/ weighted gloves they would...but I haven't tried it yet! Also that " blast " section is not really kickboxing, but more traditional aerobics in my mind. There is a non-weithed toning section as part of the Kick Max workout and this is slower paced kicks, etc. to work on form and " tone " muscles in a non-traditional way. The best Cathe kickboxing workout I did was one I created myself: The warm-up and " drills " from K, P & C The " blast " section from Kick Max The Kicking & Punching combos from Cardio Kicks The Abs and Stretch from K,P & C My 's Bootcamp arrived yesterday I hope to try it once the A/C is functional! Take care, Donna --- revaddict <revaddict@...> wrote: > I know I probably sound like a broken record for > asking this, Kassia, > but I'd like to ask about Kick Max.
