Guest guest
The machine's reaction sounds like it's under a very heavy load and finally the thermal cut-off turned it off. Your description of what you put into it doesn't sound as if it were excessively overmuch though. Was it real thick? Chuck All Generalizations Are False, Generally! Guest guest
Yes it was thick...but if it can handle frozen things and chunks of raw veggies I figured it could handle this! > > Hello! Guest guest
It seems odd that what you describe would have happened. Were you running the machine on HIGH? The fan doesn't kick in on any of the VARIABLE settings (even the highest), which could account for the machine's having turned itself off. Also, was there enough liquid? Re: Jar twisting... Guest guest
Yeah, it really sounds like overload. You can 1.add liquid to thin the mix a bit.(probably don't want to do this)... 2.Do the project in batches to ease the load. (pour some out, do one batch, then do the rest.) I'd do batches... Guest guest
Chuck,Haggis and black pudding, perhaps, and maybe the deep fried Mars Bar, but definitely not tattie scones, clootie dumpling, new year bun, oatcakes, shortbread, Scotch broth, smoked salmon, porridge, Cock-a-leekie soup, square sausage or drop scones. Guest guest
Look at the blades and be sure one is not bent. It seems that is what my problem was.
