Are all of the Project U new workouts from Kathy ? Where can I

get them?

You can get them on Beach Body's web site. They are often on eBay too. They are created for the beginning/intermediate exerciser, but you can really up the intensity yourself by adding additional weights ( I use ankle weights during the lower body workout in addition to 8lb hand weights) or making moves bigger. The Pilates and yoga sections are for the beginner, but when you do them back to back (40 minutes), you get a pretty good recovery workout in.
