Instead of the e Corn Vinyasa I tried the Shiva

Rea Yoga Sanctuary. I wanted to see if I could follow

a CD instead of a TV screen. It was wonderful! I liked

Shiva's voice--so relaxing and encouraging!! I did the

Lunar CD--which has hip openers, forward bends and

shoulder stand. I have really tight hamstrings!!! No

wonder my lower back aches sometimes.

Tomorrow I'm going back to the 10 minute solution carb

burner for a little kickboxing which should be

fun--never done it before. In the middle of the week

I'm going to try the Kathy lift weights to lose

weight or the crunch turbo sculpt.

glad you enjoyed your yoga experience. once you really get into it you can really feel the change. especially for the back. the carb burner kickboxing is pretty fun and easy to follow. i think you will enjoy it.
