Assets? I have this one but have yet to try it (like

dozens of others, holds head down in shame)

I really like her Tighter Assets Series. The Weight Loss workout is 30 minutes long. She uses a step for a lot of leg work - working one leg to exhaustion and then doing two sets of 8 reps of 4 weighted upper body moves. She then moves onto the other leg followed by the same two sets of 8 reps of four upper body moves. After that fun, she does 5 minutes of ab work on the step followed by a short stretch. The 10 minute supplemental ab routine is mainly oblique work which I love.

The Cardio Blast workout is 30 minutes of all cardio/cord building exercises. She builds 4 separate patterns and then intensifies by incorporating power moves (plyometrics) to bring up your heart rate. The supp buns routine is 10 minutes of squats, lunges, plies, and glute sweeps.

I really love these workouts because they are short, but very effective. You really feel worked out when you are done.
