Guest guest Posted February 10, 2011 Report Share Posted February 10, 2011 I was looking at this video and decided to make this and freeze some and mix some with some unfrozen and make some 100% Cashew Ice Cream.http://community.vitamix.com/_-Vita-Mix-Cashew-Cream/video/876694/22442.htmlIn case you didn't know - the basic "rule of thumb" for making ice cream is 1 cup of non-frozen ingredients to 3 cups of frozen or enough frozen to reach up to the 4 to 4 /12 cup line.I'll let everyone know how it turns out.
