hi stacey!

coincidentally i picked up 'fitness ball workout for dummies' at the

library yesterday.

it apparently goes through 15 ball exercises. i have kathy smith's first

ball workout and i wasnt impressed with it... it was more of an

instructional than a workout.

another good one, though, is quick fit stability ball workout with keli

roberts.

i also like the pilates on a the ball workout with lisbeth garcia... i

thought that it was pretty tough actually. and, hmmmm, i have another by

the method but it has been a long time since ive done it. i recall it

being fairly challenging as well. and there is tracie long's core

foundations which i found to be very challenging -- i couldnt do the whole

thing.

anyway, enjoy your ball workouts!

:*carolyn.

ps: i have not tried karen voight's half and half but have been meaning to

pick it up if i ever see if anywhere.

Let me know if you do yoga on the ball....I have that one but

haven't tried it yet. I'd like to know if it's a good one...hehehe.
