Hi !

> Donna, you are braver than me! I've WATCHED parts

> of

> iMax1 and iMax2 and have yet to actually *do* them!

> They scare me!! Hats off to you for actually DOING

> them, yet alone iMax3!

Well, I've only done IMax2 once. I think I actually

prefer the original b/c it is less choreographed and

when I'm gasping for air I really can't think to

follow anything too tricky. I'm just going to do half

of IMAX3 tomorrow. I need to break in slowly. A good

interval workout that you might like to " prepare " for

these might be Gin 's Intense Moves by Reebok.

It is tough but for some reason it doesn't ahve quite

the dread factor as the Cathes. I think b/c the

actual interval portion is only 30 min...(if memory

serves). The choreography is basic and Gin is

extremely motivating. There is also a count down

timer during the intervals that helps you to see how

much time you have left - this really helps to keep

you going when you feel you can't. Another like it is

Voight's Energy Sprint. But this is " old "

who doesn't show a whole lot of personality. Still,

it is a good workout.

Sorry to hear about the soreness. The 20 flights of

stairs is pretty impressive considering your sore

legs, though!

Ooh. This is one (Plyo) that I would both dread and

love. I'm not sure how Tony would do w/ yoga....I

think stretching might be better with him. Also, did

you know that there is an option to turn off his

comments and just get his cues? I think Ilja

mentioned that and I forgot about it. He is goofy and

I can see how if you do the workouts over and over

again that the comedy routine would get " old " . Is

Dreya in any of the workouts? She was in the Power

Half Hour series.

Looking forward to hearing about those, too. I'm

looking forward to doing the aerochi workouts next

week almost as much, if not more, than the Cathe

workouts I have lined up.

Yes, Kassia!!!

Hi Jenn- yes, I second 's recommendations.

Perhaps having a " set " and a " structure " will help you

develop the exercise habit.

Take care!
