I think what we both need is Kest's Long, Slow &

Deep - yes, I'm serious that this is really the name

of the workout! It is on CD, and I think, comes with

a book. Amazon has it and I've heard it is great and

that poses are held for a long time.

That class sounds great. I have trouble w/ Plough,

but perhaps it is just that I don't have enough time

on the tapes i have to get into the pose.
