Guest guest Posted February 13, 2011 Report Share Posted February 13, 2011 Everyone was having a Sunday morning dessert (a family tradition) like coffee cake etc. Well, I am not eating sweets, so took kefir, homemade, 1 whole orange, 1 banana and some ice. Real yummy. No added sugar. I use to make kefir, but got out of the habit, but I got new kefir grains from my daughter this weekend. Makes a good nutritious base for the smoothie.
