Guest guest
, I've been doing doing both The Jane Fonda's Step and Stretch and Step and AB tapes forever (I would have to honestly say I know them more then any other tape in my library.) :-) I learned how to step from them. Now, I do the tapes with 3 steps and a platform with the sound off to and watch another channel on the PIP TV.....when I felt like doing a workout watching TV. I have a warm spot in my heart for those tapes. I also like the ab section in the step and ab tape too. What is so wonderful about those two tapes are they are simple to follow and you can always add steps to them. They aren't rushed or complicated and for someone just getting into step or exercise like I was at the time and I was such a slow learner!!! (I still am...when it comes to anything requiring that mind/body connection.) I hate to see what I am going to be like trying out those kickboxing DVDs! LOL. Don't give up ! If I could do it....believe me anybody can! :-) PSSST....between you and me, it took me WEEKS just to just to learn how to step on the tape when I started (now don't tell anyone *wink*). I had to rewind that part where they show the feet stepping about 20 times over to figure it out. Two left feet, Robin > > Hi everyone! > I am new to this group.
