Guest guest Posted May 1, 2005 Report Share Posted May 1, 2005 hey laura, not much winter weight to drop but i doubt i will do it with 20 min cardio sesssions. i need to work on some endurance as well since we are planning a few trips to the mountains this summer. last summer was a killer and we didn't even really hike up the mountains. we hiked thru the woods to an old farm that was up in mountains. but we drove up to the parking lot then walked LOL. i just feel if i lost the spare tire strengthen the legs, and build the cardiovascular endurance i could handle a REAL hike. maybe even attempt to hike otter's peak, its one of the higher of the mountains not sure how high, buts its the highest here in va. you can even see it from here and we are over 1 1/2 hour half away. we have a lot to do here in va. more then ppl are surpirsed(mean other then fredricksburg theme parks and junk food). so i hope to post some real good outdoor adventures. kassia Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
