struggling

Good morning, enjoying reading all the hints etc.

I am struggling to drink the veggies. I know you have to start "somewhere."

I've been off sugar for a few months now (except Christmas got ahold of me)

So I know that helps. The fruit smoothies tasted like heaven this weekend.

Without any added sweetener.

I tried the garden coctail again this morning with less tomato and added half an apple to sweeten it up. I hope I can find something nutritious that will go down easier. I can't say I am a vegetable LOVER, but I eat most of them ok.

there are some I can't get down.

Just babbling.
