Guest guest Posted February 8, 2011 Report Share Posted February 8, 2011 Good morning, enjoying reading all the hints etc. I am struggling to drink the veggies. I know you have to start "somewhere." I've been off sugar for a few months now (except Christmas got ahold of me) So I know that helps. The fruit smoothies tasted like heaven this weekend. Without any added sweetener. I tried the garden coctail again this morning with less tomato and added half an apple to sweeten it up. I hope I can find something nutritious that will go down easier.
