Guest guest Posted April 21, 2005 Report Share Posted April 21, 2005 Hi All: Well, I managed a short workout this morning. For some reason I woke up at around 6:30am. (Carolyn, were you sending me a mental wake up call? LOL!) Anyway, instead of snuggling under the covers for the next hour I dragged myself out of bed. I did about 10 minutes on my treadmill while I watched " Shape up with Sharon Mann " . Next I did the 10 minute arms section from " Stability Ball Workout " , finally finished up with a 10 mintute stretch from " 10 Minute Solution Target Toning " . I feel pretty good. Pretty hungry though so I am drinking a protien shake while typing. Better go wake the kids for school. Let's hope this is the start of a new routine! Have a great day everyone!
