/ trainers edge / Beach Body interview today

Hi ,

I'm kind of late in this and you've probably had your

interview already, but be PROUD of how far you've

come! I haven't had a chance to congratulate you yet

on your new size but that is awesome. I'm sure that

your spirit and enthusiasm will show through in the

interview and the workout. Can't wait to hear more!

P.S. I did that Trainer's Edge workout following a Tae

Bo and my butt was sore for days....I'm not sure if it

was the Trainer's Edge workout or the Tae Bo or a

combo of the two...but I haven't had DOMS like that in

a long time.
