I think that would make a good supplement to a Tae Bo basic. Honestly, the high impact was a little scary! I'd say the three segments of the main body of the workout are each about 20 min - so 20 min for kicking & punching combos, 20 min of high impact H*LL, and 20 min of leg toning. I also find it hard to jump w/ my carpetted floor, I think if I had Cathe's flooring it would be easier...but not as easy as she makes it look! Did you do AL4?
