Guest guest Posted April 17, 2005 Report Share Posted April 17, 2005 A royal thumbs up for this Hi-Lo workout! It's about 30 minutes long, and even this klutz could do the moves! I worked up a sweat, I adore Petra, and this workout is filmed as opposed to live, giving it a more artistic feel to it. The music is good, and there's a video screen in the background of the studio if you want to zone out. I liked that I was able to get the moves and add my own personal flair into it, giving the workout more impact. I can't wait to do this one again soon! I seem to be on a Hi-Lo kick lately. Off to do another! I was supposed to be in instructor training today for Aerobics 101 but just realized today that NO BUS goes out to the gym they selected for Xpedition (instructor training) this time around. How frustrating! The other gyms are totally acessible by public transportations. Oh well, I'll still get my dvd and AFAA credit, just bummed to miss out being with my other instructor friends.
