Hi Carolyn!!

That is funny that is expensive there - isn't Stott

Canadian? I learn a little bit from every Pilates and

Yoga instructor, so Iguess it is good that even though

the workouts can be the same, the instruction is

different and adds a bit more to the understanding of

the overall practice.

Speaking of yoga, I need to get off the computer and

go do some. NOW!

What have you been up to this week?

yes! vhs is $25 at zellers (which is like walmart) !! unbelievable.

i havent done a darned thing! im slumping again

i dont know what has happened to all of my time this week but it got sucked

up somewhere.

im also planning a birthday party for one of our sons this weekend so ive

been mentally consumed with that. i feel like a real slug. i weighed in

yesterday and ive gained 3.5 pounds! eek!! i did preview tari rose's hard

body yoga and it looks good.

i really want to do that one today!

Wow. Kroger was selling the DVD here a month ago for $9.45......it

simply doesn't seem right.
