Hi ,

I previewed quite a bit of both the beginner and

intermeidate - they do look good. I know I tried the

beginner at some point awhile ago.... I think these

would make excellent evening/late night workouts (or

maybe that is b/c that is when I previewed them?!)

I'm not sure if they would work for me in the mornings

since I tend not to be in a mind/body frame of mind

then - I'm more focused on the mundane stuff which is

why cardio and weight workouts seem to be best for me

in the morning. I really prefer to do my yoga and

other mind/body workouts in the evenings. I'll have

to try to fit these in sometime to give them a spin.

I'm thinking of doing a Cathe week after my Kickbutt

week next week and in order to not kill myself I'm

thinking of alternating a Cathe w/ a lighter workout

for a week - this would give me the chance to try

these out and to put in some others that I like

(Crunch B & F Pilates & FB Pilates) but don't get around

to very often......

How is it going in CA? Oh, I had to laugh about your

make up comment - I had a makeover once (I won it) and

it is amazing what someone who knows what they're

doing can do for you. One of my roommates in college

was fantastic at doing make up - to the point of where

she was virtually unrecognizable w/out it on -- I'm

pretty hopeless on the make-up front - and, I'm

finding as I get older that less make-up looks better

on me -- the more I wear the " older " it tends to make

me look.

Anyway, I'm rambling!!
