for Thursday i did cathe's slow and heavy back & chest. i didn't do as well on the cardio as maybe i should have but i still did kickboxing and boot camp segments from 10 min. solution. i also did the pilates segment. i have to get out of this cardio slump. oh well besides a little bowl of ice cream after dinner i have been real real good with eating. so i guess things could be worse.
