what? really? ive done that workout but i sure dont remember seeing

michelle dozois in the background. i didnt tape it the dvd when i had it

so i cant even go and check it out. oh well.

i usually do track 1 because the pulsing that she adds to the standard

lifting exercises adds a bit of interest and really makes me burn if im

using a fairly heavy weight. i dont use 20 pounders though so i can see

why you would do track 2 with those bells.

yeah, everyone complains about her whooping in this one (timesaver lift

weights to lose weight) and i admit that it does bother me a bit, but not

enough for me to get rid of the workout. ive done this workout so much in

the past that i always tell her to shut up when she yells 'we are working

out!' (or i sometimes say 'no sh*t kathy!') LOL

cool! i dont have that one either so i cant comment on it... it does

sound good though.

yeah, i agree with these comments.

i used timesaver LWTLW alot when i first started out with weights and i

remember thinking that the abs section was tough...lol. now it isnt.

geeze it has been eons since ive done her first yoga tape!! i should get

it out and blow the dust off it one of these days. she had an expert do

it with her -- rod stryker i think his name is -- and im sure that helped

improve the quality of the workout.
