Hi ,

I did post a review on Thursday (if that helps you

look through the archives) but here is my quick take

on it intensity-wise

GR (Get Ripped) Advanced (most intense)

Fat Blasting Cardio

Circuits

GR Basic (Least intense)

The usual Tae Bo moves were all present. You don't

really need the band to do the workout, but I can see

how it would increase the challenge. I think I might

try it with hand weights until I get the band. As in

the Get Ripped series, intersperses running and

jumping jacks into the cardio to keep the inensity up.

Oh, as it compares to the " LIVE " series, the music

isn't as good and there is less spontenaity/fun factor

in that this is a Good Times production!
