Today I started my Advanced Transfirmer rotation. I really liked this box - it felt quite secure and it was relatively easy to move the box into different configurations. Today I did Aerobic Body Shaping which was really fun and not too hard to do. I really worked up a sweat which is always a good thing. I also did the 10 supplemental buns workout at well which was good. So far so good!
