Guest guest Posted April 15, 2005 Report Share Posted April 15, 2005 for today i started with 2-10 min. segmens from denise austin's get fit fast legs. for cardio it did cathe's imax2. my inner thighs are going to be sore with those pylo jacks LOL. for abs i did segments 2 and 3 from get fit fast abs(25 mins total). i am taking a rest from formal exercise tomorrow but still doing my yoga. kassia Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
