oh boy.... here is my pitiful workout report for last week....

i had a really stellar week previous to this one and since last week sucked

so bad, im making this, next, week fabulous too. so my next weekly

report will look much better!

sunday the 17th - ana forest yoga: strength & spirit

monday the 18th - the firm bss1: cardio sculpt

tuesday the 19th - gaaim stretch with madeleine lewis

wed, thurs, fri, sat - nothing! ugh!! just not feeling up to it emotionally

eating was very bad.... i inhaled mass quantities of junk food.

darned hormones!!

the only thing that i did right was drinking water... 6 cups each day.

im glad that i kept doing *something* consistently last week! lol.

im starting this week off, tonight, with a stretch -- karen voights 'pure &

simple stretch' which i last did in january so im sure there is at least

one review of it in the archives.

see ya tomorrow,

:*carolyn.

That certainly doesn't sound bad, just more laid back!

Carolyn,

Don't feel bad at all. Everyone needs rest. In fact, one of the

things I do with clients is have them take a week off every 3 to 6

months. No exercise other then that required to do daily

activities. It helps beat burnout and often when you go back to

exercise after a week off, you're stronger for it because your

muscles aren't still depleted from the previous weeks workouts.
