Guest guest
Good to hear from you! I like the idea of working to help service dogs -- good idea! Not exactly the same but similar -- we have a group that helps out with dogs and cats belonging to otherwise homeless people. They help with food and meds, and volunteer vet care. The local Humane Society and Spay/Neuter Clinic provide information and help co-ordinate things -- you might be able to work with similar groups in your area to set something up. As for making a difference though -- wow! You've already gone above and beyond! The number of people you've helped over the years on just this group is phenominal! Kind words, good wishes, seeing how you've coped -- you'll never know how much you've helped everybody. And I can only imagine the impact you have in person with the people you meet is just as powerful. Best of luck and all kinds of good wishes for your mom's surgery, and for you. Keep in touch!
