I bet tomorrow you'll be able to do 20-25 minutes of the tape! If you can, try doing your cardio 5-6 times a week for 30-45 minutes a day. You can do your 15 minutes of step and a half hour power walk outside for example. It helps me to exercise at the same time every day so that it becomes habit and I barely think about it. Good luck, and don't be shy about posting! I'd love to read a review of the Jane Fonda workout you're doing.
