Guest guest Posted April 19, 2005 Report Share Posted April 19, 2005 I wasn't sure how much of a workout I could handle today...I was still sore from Sunday's Advanced Reformer I & II and yesterday I did Stott's Strong and Streamlined Pilates (I love that DVD). I did so many Teasers with springs Sunday that my abs are going to look like something out of muscle magazine by the end of this month...holy cow! Boy, those teaser exercises tough on the reformer with a box and springs......they make even the most difficult core work seem easy because you have to balance yourself on top of a box using the extra spring weight. Ouch! I did the Basic Fusion Step chapters on an 8 inch platform and the Reebok Dance Step today.
