it was very humid here this morning. the sign that rain will be here this afternoon. being so humid i only did a short cardio after weights.

body max=warm-up,biceps, and triceps

my own bicep/tricep pyramid workout(a little shorter)

later i WILL do bryan kest's power yoga weight loss. i find i can do yoga better when everything is cleared so when all house work is done i can get that done this afternoon and really focus on it. a good day to all.
