If there was one book you would own on jucing, which would it be?

I think the recent stuff is more "jumped on the bandwagon" in nature and tends to be written by people who know less than they think they do. Also, believe it or not, the first Fit for Life book is good also and the second one also has good recipes. After that, the authors--Marilyn Diamond especially--went venal.

Oh, geez--ANYTHING would be better than that unless you don't keep up

with it.

I hate to repeat what I've already posted but I've been juicing

seriously since 1988. Now that that's out of the way, until 2009, I

only used a Champion which, to my way of thinking (and to Norwalk's) is

second only to the Norwalk for all-around juicing. However, if you find

yourself using a Jack LaLanne but not a Champion, that's the way to go

because a juicer--like any appliance--is only good if you use it....
