I quit because I felt I needed a firewall and an antispyware program too and the firewall I was using was way too chatty. It was worth the money to get an integrated internet security program that had all 3 things in one. Don't be afraid to use either AVG or Avast they are outstanding, but know that to be really secure you need antispyware and the firewall too. I used spybot but it's been a while so there might be better things now. Heard good things about malwarebytes.
