Guest guest
Welcome I am suffering from workout overload. Not overtraining, but overload. I got way to many new workouts and I really want to review all of them thoroughly, but I just got to realize that maybe it's just not possible. There are simply too many choices and not enough time. If you have requests for reviews, let me know. P*u*l*s*e is mailed every other Wednesday, providing you with a rundown of the latest updates, enhancements, articles, and other news and content available at the website (http://www.videoworkouts.com), as well as tips and advice for getting the most from your home workout program. I hope you enjoy this E-zine, as always, I welcome your feedback and suggestions.
