, that's a GREAT attitude! It *is* a new week, just as tomorrow is another day, and it's never too late to make changes!

I love that you play volleyball, it's a great way to exercise and be social. However, to see changes in your body, you need to vary your workouts because your body adapts to the ones you do all the time and you won't see as many results.

Have you changed your eating habits since January? I lost 5 lbs a month for several months by cutting my portions in half. I could probably stand to do some more of this again, actually.

I know that when you are in a school setting it's hard to get the 6 small meals in the day but I'd encourage you to find a creative way if possible! Often it's just a matter of taking the time to prepare the night before.

Anyway, thanks for keeping us up to date on your progress!
