Enquiring minds want to know.. :-) Are you interested in sharing/loaning? Did you also get the 23 page CIA cookbook? - Dow, D.C. > > > I have been lurking in this group since December. Guest guest
Thanks for jumping in, Tasha! Did you get the 200 or the CIA Pro? Symon's videos I have been lurking in this group since December. Thank you all for all of the wonderful information. I purchased my VM at Sonoma and it came with the Symon video and the Create cookbook. If there are any questions I can answer about either product, please let me know. Guest guest
I have the 200 series, and it didn't come with the CIA book. (I wish I could afford the PRO.) The MS video comes with 7 headings: Beverages, Soups, Dry Chopping/Grinding, Wet Chopping, Sauces and Dressings, Grinding Grain, Frozen Desserts, and Recipes. The Recipe section includes the 16 written recipes that are used during the previous 6 sections. These are the recipe titles: Rascally Rabbit, Fruit Smoothie, Frozen Margarita, Red Pepper Soup, Cold Gazpacho, Senen-Spice Rub, Chopped Parmesan, Three-Nut Butter, Firecracker Slaw, Tomatillo Salsa, Chipotle Mayo, Basil Pesto, Citrus vinaigrette, Whole Wheat Bread, Orange Sorbet, and Strawberry Coulis. I have only watched the video once because I rather flip open a book or do an internet search for my recipes, but it is OK. If I can answer any other question, let me know. I can finally contribute something. LOL
