Guest guest
A resounding YES from me. My entire childhood, I was plagued with every cold, chronic tonsillitis, and every sniffle, earache, and flu that came down the pike. I also suffered with asthma. I started juicing when I was 20, and noticed an immediate improvement. Now that I eat "clean" (meaning I avoid things that are allergenic, eat only organic, etc), I NEVER get so much as a stuffy nose. As a precaution, I also spray my door nobs, cellphone, remote control, house phone and sink faucets with a mix of peroxide, GSE and colloidal silver before I go to bed every night. Cell phones and sink faucets can be the worst germ surfaces. It only takes a minute to spray everything, once you are in the habit of it. I also do the steering wheel on my car regularly. I don't know if it a combination of things, but I am CERTAIN that having a strong nutritional base helps to ward off colds and flu. From: flnancy1958 <pravern@...>Subject: Getting colds Date: Tuesday, January 11, 2011, 6:57 PM I just got my first cold of 2011. I work in an elementary school so am constantly exposed to germs. I was just curious if any of you feel that you have gotten sick less often now that you are regularly eating healthier and making smoothies? I take olive leaf extract and zinc at the first sign of a cold and hopefully this will be gone in a few days and not turn into anything serious. At the moment it is just a cold. I am more worried that I have heard rumors that a stomach virus is going around. So will eating smoothies cut down on colds?

Guest guest
My annual colds stopped when I learned to make/take homemade colloidal silver over 12 years ago. High dose D3 is a potent immune booster also. Chuck Character density: The number of very weird people in the office. Guest guest
I used to get 3-4 sinus infections/respiratory infections/colds per year. About 3 years ago I started using the liquid supplement Body Balance and a few months later started changing my diet to vegan. I am not 100% but limit my animal protein to very little, maybe one serving per week that has eggs/dairy/meat. The only illness I have had was vertigo from fluid on my inner ear once during time. I am POSITIVE that my change is diet has directly affected this. During the past few months I have been under tremendous personal stress (emotional and physical) due to family issues. This would be a prime time for me to get sick and I haven't. From: flnancy1958 <pravern@...> Sent: Tue, January 11, 2011 6:57:34 PMSubject: Getting colds I just got my first cold of 2011.
