Has it ever occurred to us that writing SOAP notes for every visit counters our efforts to convey our message that chiropractic care isn’t about fixing your joint pain but is about supporting your health with less joint pain being a byproduct, and if we keep focusing on visit to visit progress we are going to dumb down our efforts to some sort of allopathic symptom/sign whack-a-mole approach to health care?

Just wondering.
