I did find this description for a 1 and 1/2 squat though " I generally employ a " one and a half " front squat for additional work in these areas. Simply squat all the way down, come up only to parallel, then drop back down to a full squat, and finally come up to a standing position. That's one rep. " Am I correct in assuming the 1 and 1/3 would be the same but I only come back up a third of the way before dropping back down????
