Week 4 results

Sunday ends my week 4, but I was feeling frustrated so I took my

measurements this morning. I don't have calipers and have been using

some online links to see what results I get as far as

increase/decrease in numbers/percentages, not looking at the number

for an exact body fat percentage. Hope I explained that right.

Overall it gives me drops in body fat from 1.3% to 3.4%. At least all

the numbers went down! And I haven't taken pictures...I know I know :(

Biofitness body fat: 20.6% 17.4%

Body fat circumference:25.5% 24.2%

Body fat YMCA 16.1% 13.7%

Measurements:

Waist: 25.75 25.5

Abdomen: 28 27

Hips: 35.5 35

Rt. Calf: 13 13

Left Calf: 13.5 13.25

Rt. Quad: 19 19.5

Left Quad: 19.5 20

Rt. Thigh: 20.5 20

Left Thigh:21.5 21

Wrists: 6 6

Biceps: 9.75 10

weight 123.5 123

Height: 5'6 "

Not too bad considering I missed a few workouts and have a sub-par

week during the 4th of July! I think with some fine-tuning and hard

work, I can meet my goals! And have fun trying!

Keep it up!!! You can do it, I just know it!

Please keep us posted on how you are doing.

I am kind of nervous about this weekend. I don't really have plans tomorrow and

Saturdays seem to be my toughest days if I am not going somewhere or doing

something. BUT I am going to have a totally clean week if it kills me.

I'll be starting week 7 Monday.

I had skipped morning cardio yesterday and made myself go out last night and was

so glad I did. I have been making myself run on Saturdays and last night I ran

further than I ever have and I couldn't believe it. I am kind of pumped about

tomorrows cardio. I'm going to try and run even further.

Onward I go.
