Guest guest Posted August 7, 2005 Report Share Posted August 7, 2005 Hello all, I haven't posted in soooo...long, or even read alot. We have been so busy. Ths is Pam mom to now 13. Everything is so crazy around here. is thriving in the Middle school dispite my worries two years ago. He likes his class, (self contained). He has learned alot. His reading and writing and basic math have improved alot. My brag. is a 4H er here in NY, Erie county and enters in the fair. He did so well entering, comunicating to the judges what he learned and how he did his prodjects. He got a special award for his plants that he took care of all summer and planted in May. Herbs and flowers. He got this award becaus they were really nice not because he has DS. He doesn't seem to get that he is getting something special but when he gets the fancy ribbon he will. I am so proud at how grown up he acted and payed fairly good attention to the judges when they talked to him. Not much prompting this year. Also he wrote all his 3x5 cards with entry info. yeah for .
