Guest guest
This is not directly BFL related, but as someone that has participated in a couple of road-bike events (150 miles long) , I know how tough the training and physical conditioning can be (it makes Bill's Plan look EASY). Since that time, I have paid more attention to road bike events in the news. Currently Lance Armstrong is in the lead in the Tour de France. I found this Sports Illustrated article with some very interesting and inspirational facts about the survivor of metastasized (sp?) testicular cancer that is winning a race that is OVER 2,000 miles long and lasts for 3 weeks. ENJOY!! http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/statitudes/news/2002/07/18/armstrong_ btn/ Betty
