My week 7 is shot to all heck I haven't worked out since Saturday and have tried to eat decent, but I'm having a hard time keeping protein down!! WHINE SNIFFLE WHINE!!!! I'm so bummed!!! Oh well, it is " body for LIFE " so as soon as I feel up to it I'll jump right back on the bandwagon!!! My eating hasn't been " horrid " but I've been living on Bars and Soy Crisps (more of 40/30/30) and neither one is the best source of protein!! I did manage some proatmeal yesterday and am hoping to get some down again today!! Ok...just had to vent a little! The good news is the pants that " the dry cleaners shrunk " (NOT!) are fitting and I'm feeling good about that!!! Colleen Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Dont worry too much about your eating, you do need nutrients, but you also aren't expending a whole lot of calories. sounds like you are doing great under the circumstances.
