Guest guest
Hi there! Anyone else having problems getting to Propay's website? I've been trying since yesterday and still can't get in. They've got some of my money that I want transferred. :-) Just wondering if it was just my problem or if everyone is having trouble. www.propay.com Thanks! Guest guest
Hi Katy! I just tried & I can't get in either. It says the connection was refused. I've got money I was going to transfer too. Hope it gets fixed soon. Colleen Country Meadow Creations http://www.countrymeadowcreations.com
Guest guest
I'll post this to the list in case anyone else is curious. The imprinter that I use is one of these: http://tiny.cc/YCR2h and the slips I use are the short ones: http://tiny.cc/5TVEB Here's another with 100 slips included: http://tiny.cc/xlo7S I can't remember who I bought the imprinter from but it came from ebay as did the slips. You can get Visa/MC decals for free or buy signs to display at your booth. I try to be thrifty so I got the decals and glued a clothes pin to the back and stick that on my cloth at shows <bg>. I chose the Propay basic plan with the annual fee. I leave the funds in there until I have about $100 and then transfer them to my checking acct. but that is my preference. I take the basic info. from the cardholder but I will start taking down phone numbers this year so I have some way of contacting someone if there is a problem with the card. I started taking credit cards after someone called here wanting to order some soap over the phone and wanted to use a card. I have had quite a few people order by phone since then and it is just nice to be able to get the funds right away rather than waiting for a check. People change their minds all the time so you might be waiting for a check that never arrives. Guest guest
thanks so much for sharing i was online for a few hours yesturday looking over the differant types of machines and didn't sure which one was best. I did see that one or one similar to it and wondered how well it worked. good to know someone likes it. and thanks for the tips on the slips i too was wondering what size worked for what kind of machine. I will definatly keep that in mind when making my purchase. I did at one time have stickers from my first merchant account. I saved them for a long time and now i don't know if i finally threw them out recently or not. would be a shame if i did. thanks again > > I'll post this to the list in case anyone else is curious.
