Yes, it is an absolutely " legit " organization. If you cruise the

site you will see a few well-known DCs affiliated with this group.

Whether you feel it is " worth it " to join depends largely on what your

goals are and what your identity is as a chiropractor. It is obviously

a pretty professional bunch who are promoting interdisciplinary coop.

between chiros and neuro-surgeons. I would think those chiros who work

with a higher percentage of spine trauma and/or discogenic and/or

borderline surgical cases would be highly inclined to join.
