Guest guest
thats interesting. I wonder if they stay that color if they will eventually go brown. Shaye Hi there! Just ran across this soap on the net and was intrigued! http://www.essexcounty.ca/tiger_lilies_at_sunset_handmade_soap.htm Has anyone ever tried adding Tiger Lily petals to their cp soap? Guest guest
Just a note: Don't pick them all if you want blooms next year. They are a bit like tulips. So leave about half and you'll have some color next year...otherwise...I can tell you from personal experience! Naked Lillies the following year after I was too greedy and plucked them all! Guest guest
Can't wait to hear how it turns out for you! Let us know! Will you dry them first or add them fresh? Guest guest
I'm not really sure. What do you think? My first thought was to dry them as i thought they might get moldy in the soap if I use them fresh. Is that possible? But, then I thought they might lose color if i dry them. Sigh!!! Guest guest
I think I remember drying some once before just to see how they'd look and they kept their color. That's probably what I would do. Good luck! Katy Deborah Seewald wrote: >I'm not really sure. What do you think? My first >thought was to dry them as i thought they might get >moldy in the soap if I use them fresh.
