Yes, I think that it is almost probable that you will loose at least

one pants size, since you've lost 6# already. In fact, I am thinking

that you have to re-think that whole idea of a 10 being unrealistic...

Alys would that no be to cool to be a size 10. My hips are smaller

than my shoulders wonder if it will look funny lol. Who cares.

I had a great workout this morning. I am a tad sore YIKES.

Congratulations on your successes thus far! And you did make some

really big changes. I have not given up coffee yet; I have a Gevalia

subscription (yummmm), and I don't think I'll ever completely give

that up!

I am on challenge two, and I find that referring to the book often

helps to keep me on track. The ideas stay fresh in my mind, and

there is no question about what I should be doing. Keep up the GREAT

work. And I don't think a size 10 is out of reach for you!

Those are BIG changes and progress is progress!!! Kudos to your

progress and making big steps forward!!

I'l let the others answer your questions on weight loss as I'm still

pretty new to this! It sounds like your doing great though.
