Yes, I think that it is almost probable that you will loose at least one pants size, since you've lost 6# already. I have not given up coffee yet; I have a Gevalia subscription (yummmm), and I don't think I'll ever completely give that up! I am on challenge two, and I find that referring to the book often helps to keep me on track. The ideas stay fresh in my mind, and there is no question about what I should be doing.
